REAL CLUB DE GOLF CAMPOAMOR
This lovely golf and leisure complex is situated on the Costa Blanca, and is only a 7 minutes drive to the beach, where you will also find numerous restaurants of different nationalites.
On the complex there is a beautiful 4 star hotel and clubhouse, with restaurant, reading lounge, bar, and large terraces, where you can sit out and admire the views over the golf course to the Mediterranean Sea. There are numerous communal swimming pools, tennis courts, and in the new sports centre there are 2 football pitches, along with a fitness centre, saunas, and indoor swimming pool.
All the properties come pre-installed for gas central heating and air conditioning, and you can choose from very large apartments built on 2 or 4 floors, Terraced Townhouses, and Bungalows.most of the properties have nice golf and sea views. All the properties are built inside the complex, with security vehicles patrolling the area at all times.
 LA FINCA (ALGORFA GOLF)
This superb golf course is situated 20 km from Campoamor mentioned above and also the Villamartin and Las Ramblas golf courses.It is set in fantastic surroundings with most of the properties having lovely views over the golf course to the mountains in the distance. This golf course was completed in 2002 and is already being voted as one of the best courses on the Costa Blanca.
There will be a 4 star hotel, clubhouse, a commercial centre with bars, shops, and numerous restaurants. The airports of Alicante and Murcia are only a 35 minutes drive away and the beaches 15 minutes. There is a good choice of properties available here, you can choose from a 2 bedroom apartment with a garden or solarium, duplex style houses, bungalows with solarium, and detached villas on various sized plots. MAR MENOR GOLF RESORT
This resort is very popular with people who like to have the best of both worlds, nice green areas, views, and also close to the sea. It is only a 7 minutes drive to the lovely town and beaches of Los Alcazares on the Mar Menor, the airport of Murcia is only a 10 minutes drive and Alicante airport is 45 minutes away.
The first phase of this resort will be completed in September 2005 which includes a 9 hole golf course, a 4 star intercontinental hotel with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants, shops, gymnasium, medical and property service centres etc. The entrance to the resort is barrier controlled with 24 hour security and there are now people living on this resort. The second phase was released in December 2004 with Fairway Frontage Townhouses and the second 9 hole golf course to make the it a full 18 holes, this is an ideal investment opportunity.  LA TORRE GOLF RESORT
La Torre was released in February 2003, which is an 18 hole golf course designed by the Jack Nicklaus group, it is a 15 minutes drive from the lovely town, beaches and airport of San Javier (Murcia.) and Alicante airport is approx a 45 minutes drive.
There is a choice of apartments built on 4 floors with underground car parking, lifts, communal pools, and also detached villas.
This resort will have a 4 star intercontinental hotel with 200 rooms, business centre and hall to hold 1,000 people , the facilities available will include restaurants, shops, health spas, gymnasium, tennis courts, medical centre, and a management company providing, garden, cleaning services, rental, home delivery etc. The entrance will be barrier controlled with 24 hour security and CCTV cameras.
 HACIENDA RIQUELME GOLF RESORT
This resort is located close to the town of Sucina, which is less than a 15 minutes drive to San Pedro town and the beaches of the Mar Menor. It is an 18 hole course again designed by the Jack Nicklaus group, instead of a Hotel it will have a luxury clubhouse designed around an historical building for this area which has beautiful views to mountains and countryside. The area is ideal for those wishing to be close to a typical Spanish community.
It will have all the same facilities as the other resorts mentioned above from this company, like restaurants, spas, health centre, gymnasium, tennis courts, and property services. There will be a total of 1,890 apartments constructed around the golf course, which will all have lovely views over the golf course and communal swimming pools.
 EL VALLE GOLF RESORT
This resort will be the most exclusive of this companies projects, it is located 25 minutes from the coast of San Javier, and 10 minutes from the main town of Murcia. There are only 800 properties being built around a Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course. As the name of the resort says (The Valley) it is all designed in between mountains with fantastic views of the countryside. You can choose from 3 different sizes of superb Hacienda style Detached Villas each with there own swimming pools and many other extras. There are also apartments which are built on 4 floors with underground parking,(optional) lifts, and communal pools. As with there other developments mentioned above, there will be numerous facilities to offer including a luxury 5 star intercontinental hotel which will be designed to a very high standard, and include all the facilities and services that you could hope for. They are going to keep there golf courses for private use only, so only residents and the hotel guests can use them.
The resort will have 24 hour security patrols, and the entrance to the resorts will be barrier controlled, with video surveillance.
 LA RODA GOLF AND BEACH RESORT
This 18 hole Golf course has been designed by Dave Thomas, it will have a 4 star luxury hotel providing health spas, restaurants, shops etc, and also a seperate clubhouse. The nice thing about this resort is the location, as it is only 1.5km from the town and beach of Los Alcazares on the Mar Menor, so it is an ideal opportunity for those who maybe do not play golf but want a property built to a high standard, with numerous green areas, security, and also be close to the Sea. There is a choice of either Apartments built on 3 floors with underground parking, Terraced Townhouses, and Detached Villas which are Fairway Frontage. The resort has been backed by Ryder cup captain Sam Torrance.
 LA LOMA SPORTS RESORT
This sports resort is located between the La Torre Golf resort and El Valle resort which is a 15 minutes drive from the coast and the Mar Menor. It will have a 9 hole teaching academy golf course, Olympic size swimming pool, 3 football pitches, cricket pitch, 12 tennis courts, including 2 with main stands, paddle courts, gymnasium, saunas, and a full medical and fitness centre with professional doctors etc.
The resort will include a luxury hotel and shopping mall with numerous shops, bars, restaurants, gymnasiums, saunas, and many other services. There will only be 480 properties on this resort which is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy being involved in a sporting community.
