If you have ever been to any Spanish property exhibitions or read advertisements in local and national newspapers, all Spanish companies seem to sell the same type of properties. We will not give you misleading prices for properties that are in poor locations or incorrect information, just to get you out to Spain. My wife and I started Select Spanish Homes after 5 years in the real estate agency business. We now live and work close to the village of Algorfa on the Costa Blanca. We came to Spain in 1999, both looking for work, I am a qualified carpenter and window fitter, and Cheryl is a qualified florist. I managed to find work straight away in the building trade and Cheryl found work with a property management company. After 6 months I was offered the chance to work with a well known real estate company which has been my new area of business now for 5 years. It also included working directly with a large builder, and another company on a golf resort. Being in the building trade and learning from these companies enabled me to select the right properties which must be built to a good standard, as I always look at the properties and developments, as if I was going to buy one. I do exactly the same when I am with clients selecting a property, as Quality, Location, Orientation, and investment is very important. Cheryl has now been working with companies offering property management and property rentals for the past 4 years and is now helping me in this area to look after our clients properties etc.

Cheryl will also take you to furniture shops, if required, as trying to find the right furniture shops with the right selection and at reasonable prices is not easy if you do not know the area, basically we can help you with any service that may be required when buying a Spanish property.
